摘要
反射式强度型光纤传感器可以有各种不同的结构,而利用被测物做反射面是其中最简单、容易实现的一种。文章从多模光纤组合光场的强度分布着手,推导出了光纤传感器接受光功率与测量距离之间的关系,而测量距离是由反射镜到接收光纤端面之间的长度决定的,其目的是为制作光纤传感器提供理论依据。
The reflection-type optic fiber sensor with micro-displacement has its own characteristic of easy design due to its simple structure. In order to improve the accuracy of the sensor,the general solution is to use the multi-mode optic fiber sensors to increase the fiber diameter. However,the multi-mode fiber transmission contains a large number of models,which results in the great difficulty of calculating the phase and amplitude of all guided-mode of optical fiber. This paper deals with the relationship between the received optical power and the distance between reflector and the end of received optical fiber. The theory presented in this paper can be served as the basis for further designing and producing optic fiber sensor precisely.
