摘要
生物大分子纯化系统是一类利用色谱技术,对各种生物大分子进行分离纯化的自动化运行系统。该文阐述了凝胶色谱柱的种类、生物大分子的分离纯化方法、纯化工艺中不同色谱技术的衔接及如何依据蛋白质等生物大分子的理化性质合理设计色谱方案、生物大分子纯化系统的维护与保养,并简要概述了生物大分子纯化系统在生命科学研究中的应用。
Biological macromolecules purification system is a kind of automation equipment which could be used in purification of various biological macromolecules by chromatography principles. This is a brief overview of biological macromolecules purification system and its application in the life science research,it focuses on the components and maintenance as well as applications of biological macromolecules purification system,especially on the jointing all kinds of chromatography skills.
