稀缺数据条件下中小河流水环境容量计算——以佛山市南海区内河涌为例

摘要 以佛山市南海区内河涌为研究对象,在监测数据稀缺、研究河道众多、单次补测难以反映内河涌真实情况的前提下,通过合理假设、数据处理、模型概化以及允许排放量估算,利用一维水环境容量综合模型,计算各内河涌的水环境容量和各水系点源允许排放量。并结合流域污染源分析,诊断各水系污染问题,为区域水污染防治规划的制定奠定基础。 This paper studied the water environment capacity calculation for small and medium scale rivers in Nanhai district, Foshan city under the condition of lack of monitoring data, complexity of river systems. The river branch's environment capacity and maximum allowable emission quantity for point source pollution were calculated with the comprehensive one-dlmensional water environment capacity model, through reasonable assumption, data processing, model generalization and allowable emission estimation. Additionally, river basin pollution source analysis was taking into account to judge the water pollution problem, providing a basis for the establishment of the water pollution control plan.
