摘要
在经济社会中,经济因素往往成为历史遗产是否能够得到有效保护的先决条件。本文以沈阳老龙口酒厂保护性建设项目为例,探索利用开发建设的方式筹集资金,实现遗产保护"零投资"同时获取最大经济收益的途径。
In the economic society, economic factors are often taken as the precondition,no matter whether historical heritages can be protected effectively or not.In this paper,the author takes the protective construction project of Shenyang Laolongkou Alcohol Factory as an example：looking for a kind of channel of raising funds with the way of development construction in order to achieve heritage conservation with ＂zero investment＂ and also gain maximum economic benefits.
