摘要
从化学腐蚀的基本原理出发,利用控温、控时水浴锅,采用热化学侵蚀法对不同热处理状态的稀土微合金钢原奥氏体实际晶粒的金相显示方法进行了研究,并对影响奥氏体晶界显示效果的因素进行分析。结果表明:采用蒸馏水70 m l+2.5 g苦味酸适量+1滴二甲苯+1滴盐酸+1滴氢氟酸+少量海鸥牌洗头膏+极少量CuC l2的腐蚀方法显示奥氏体实际晶粒,取得了令人满意的效果。
Starting from the basic principle of chemical corrosion,using water bath controlled in both temperature and time,thermo chemical etching was used to study the metallurgical phase display method of rare earth micro alloy steel original austenite actual grain under different heat treatments,and factors influencing austenite grain boundary display were analyzed as well.The results show that the chemical etching method was used to display austenite actual grain and a satisfactory result was obtained.In detail,the method is using 70 mL distilled water+2.5 g of picric acid+one drop of Xylene+ one drop of Hydrochloric acid+little Seagull brand paste shampoo and very little Copper chloride.
