摘要
讨论了基于STC单片机与多路温度监控器而设计的复合材料热作模温压无线群控系统。本系统采用485总线网络采集压力数据,并通过无线模块传输压力、温度数据,实现了多点多信号的群控。本系统采用模拟串口技术对STC串行口进行软扩展,采用中转站方式实现系统对数据的并行采集,缩短了多点数据采集周期。通过本系统的应用,加强了叶片制作工艺过程中的参数监控。
This thesis discussed the composites hot-mold temperature and pressure wireless group control system based on STC microcontroller and multi-temperature monitor.To achieve the goal of the group control of multi-pointssignals,the system used 485 bus network to collect pressure data.And the system transmitted pressure and temperature data through wireless module.The system used simulation of serial technology to expand the STC serial port softly.To shorten the multi-point data collection period,the intermediate repeater station was used to realize parallel data acquisition.The parameters monitoring of the blade production process was strengthened through the application of this system.
