摘要
简要描述了转子引线楔下不锈钢垫条断裂失效现象,并对失效原因进行了系统分析,最终结论表明氧化磨损和疲劳是导致垫条失效的根本原因。
This paper mainly described the fracture failure phenomena of spacer under down-lead wedge of generator rotors.And it systematically analyzed the causes of failure as well.The final conclusion shows that oxidative wear and fatigue are two fundamental causes of spacer failure.
