摘要
用化学分析及气相色谱方法,对不同储存时期马铃薯样品中水分、淀粉、维生素C和还原糖含量及呼吸强度的变化进行了测定.结果表明,休眠期样品在贮藏过程中呼吸强度弱,失重率低,易于保存,且具较高的维生索C和淀粉含量.
Using GC and chemical analysis, the qualities, such as water content, starchcontent, vitamin C content, the amount of losing weight and respiration of potato instoring are analyzed. The results show that the storing condition and period are themajor factors for affecting the qualities of potato. The optimum storing time is to theminute of its deep dormancy for weak respiration and low weight losing.
