系统介绍了欧美国家服装业正在进行的一场企业变革──快速反应战略及其产生的背景.快速反应是信息时代的产物,它既是一种经营理念,又是一种营销策略,对我国服装业目前面临的产销矛盾问题有着深刻的启示.
This article gives a general introduction to Quick Response (QR) strategy nowin full swing in Western, especially in American apparel industry. As a product ofinformation era, QR reflects both a new marketing and management concept i. e.partnering ,which should be taken as a reference to resolve retailer-vendor conflictcontemporarily plaguing Chinese apparel industry.
