摘要
本文利用模拟生成的茧丝纤度曲线作为原料,在假设落绪部位分布为二次曲线以确立解舒丝长的条件下,考虑失添、配茧等缫丝技术条件,建立添绪茧库模型,进行定粒缫丝过程的计算机模拟,并编成了定粒缫丝模拟软件。然后利用模拟缫丝方法讨论了原料茧特性、缫丝工艺条件对生丝纤度偏差的影响。
In this paper, we used the silk cocoon filament model dy simulation as material, We sup-Pose that the dropping end part is the parabola model. We use this model to decide the length of non-broken cocoon filaments, thinking of the lose length,ranging the cocoons as technical conditions,founding the model of the feeding cocoon lib,carrying out the simulation of the fired reeling simulation software and then discussing the influence of the material characteristic and technological conditions to the raw silk deviation with the method of simulation of the reeling.
