面向21世纪建立现代化工业培训基地的展望──浅谈我校的金工实习教学改革之路

FACING THE 21st CENTURY, THE PROSPECT ABOUT SETTING UP MODERNIZE INDUSTRIAL BASE FOR TRAINING-A BRIEF TALK ON THE METHOD OF REFORMING METALWORKING IN PRACTICE IN SUZHOU UNIVERSITY

本文通过对国内外工业培训情况及发展趋势的分析，探讨了传统金工实习向现代工业培训模式转变的改革设想及亟待解决的问题。本文结合苏州大学金工实习现状，提出了我校当前向现代化工业培训基地过度的几个转变的实施办法。

This article inquires into the reforming imagine about traditional metalworking practice tuminto modernize training model and problem during this progress. This article analyses the developing situation and tendency of industrial taming in our country and overseas. The article makes a suggestion about how to realize part transform from medalworking practice to modernize industrial training.
