摘要
随着互联网的迅速发展,电子邮件在当今社会中扮演了一个很重要的角色。越来越多的人在使用电子邮件。而且用它的人数势必会继续增加。电子邮件已经成为人们对外交流不可或缺的手段。通过电子邮件沟通,不仅节省费用,而且快捷方便。新疆地区维吾尔语使用很广泛,本文中为此设计一套基于在Windows平台上进行研究与开发的一个少数民族语言电子邮件系统。
With the rapid development of Internet,e-mail in today＇s society plays a very important role.More and more people using e-mail.And the number of people using it is bound to continue to increase.E-mail has become an indispensable means of foreign exchange.By e-mail communication,not only cost savings but also fast and convenient.Xinjiang Uygur language is widely used in this article designed in a Windows-based platform for research and development of a minority language e-mail system.
