<正> “工期固定、资源均衡”优化的目标是:把网络计划日需资源量压缩到某一最低限额,使工程的物资有保证而提高计划实现的可能性;同时减少物资储备、物资需求高峰时增加临时设备的费用,或在资源需求低谷时设备与人力的闲置浪费。从而可加快资金周转,降低工程成本和加速工程进度的目的。 “工期固定、主要资源均方差最小”法(本文简称Minσ~2法)
In this paper, two prevalent solutions to the 'fixed project duration and resource equaliza-tion', Min σ~2 and Levy methods, are analyzed, their inherent problems are pointed out andsome improved computation methods are proposed. The basis of the new computation methodsand their implementation are also introduced. By comparison with the prevalent methodsthrough several examples, the proposed methods are better than the prevalent methods.
