摘要
患者女，14岁，蒙古族，因左眼红、视物模糊、畏光、流泪，伴瞬目时疼痛不适1个月，于2009年3月26日就诊于首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院眼科。追溯病史，父母诉自患者出生时即可见其左眼局部颜色较淡，有“小泡状物”，随着患者年龄的增长，“小泡状物”缓慢增大。既往无羊膜穿刺、产伤、眼部外伤、或母孕期疾病史。
