摘要
在静态混合器中混炼制备出EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)/PP(聚丙烯)共混物切片,通过熔融纺丝制备出直径约为15~20μm的EVA/PP共混纤维.文中探讨了EVA含量、纺丝温度和挤出速率/卷绕速率匹配对其熔融纺丝稳定性的影响.这有利于确定共混物的最佳纺丝工艺.
The EVA/PP blend was prepared in the static mixer.The blend fiber with Φ 15~20 μm was prepared by melt spinning.The effects of EVA content,supply velocity/winding velocity and melt spinning temperatures on melt spinning stability were studied,and the best spinning conditions were also determined.
