摘要
在静态混合器中混炼制备出ＥＶＡ（乙烯－醋酸乙烯酯共聚物）／ＰＰ（聚丙烯）共混物切片，通过熔融纺丝制备出直径约为１５～２０μｍ的ＥＶＡ／ＰＰ共混纤维．文中探讨了ＥＶＡ含量、纺丝温度和挤出速率／卷绕速率匹配对其熔融纺丝稳定性的影响．这有利于确定共混物的最佳纺丝工艺．
The EVA/PP blend was prepared in the static mixer.The blend fiber with Φ 15～20 μm was prepared by melt spinning.The effects of EVA content,supply velocity/winding velocity and melt spinning temperatures on melt spinning stability were studied,and the best spinning conditions were also determined.
