咪唑啉柔软剂中间体的合成研究

Study on the synthesis of the intermediate of imidazoline softening agents

研究了采用甲苯作为携水剂控制适宜条件合成咪唑啉柔软剂中间体β－氨基－乙基－２－十七烷基咪唑啉的方法，并利用红外、紫外光谱对合成过程进行了跟踪分析．研究确认，在非真空条件下，用氮气保护，控制一定回流速度，并进行阶段升温，待酸价约为３、反应温度达１９０～２００℃时能制备出咪唑啉，且所得产物颜色较浅．

This paper studies the synthetic method of β aminoethy 1 2 heptadecy 1 imidazoline,the intermediate of the imidazoline softening agent.This method uses toluene for the azeotropic agent to control the reaction condition.The infra red and ultrasviolet spectra are used to analyse the synthetic process.It is found that the imidazoline is synthesized under the conditions of non vacuum and the presence of the nitrogen,controlling circumfluence rate and rising stage of the tempereture,when the reaction tempereture is 190～200 ℃ and the acid value is about three.The color of the products is lighter.
