老年与年轻大鼠脑出血后小胶质细胞反应的比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨年龄对脑出血后小胶质细胞反应的影响。方法年轻(3个月龄)和老年(16个月龄)雄性S-D(Sprague-Dawley)大鼠(河南省实验动物中心提供)脑内注入100μl自体全血,观察与年龄相关的神经胶质细胞的反应。年轻、老年模型组大鼠分别在脑内注血后6、12、24、72 h、7、14 d时间点处死动物(每组6只)进行OX42免疫组化。假手术组(每组6只)作对照。观察OX42染色的阳性细胞表达。结果 与年轻大鼠比较,老年大鼠脑出血后3 d有增加小胶质细胞的激活作用(OX42染色)。皮质、基底的小胶质细胞数决定其活化程度,老年大鼠在皮质、基底节有更明显的小胶质细胞活化。老年大鼠脑出血后3 d OX42阳性细胞数显著高于年轻大鼠,这种状况可持续到监测14 d(P<0.01)。结论脑出血导致老年大鼠更严重的脑损伤很可能与过度的小胶质细胞活化有关,年老是影响脑出血后脑损伤的重要因素。
