干休所离退休干部医疗服务效果评价

Survey and analysis on satisfaction for medical services of the subjects of health care from sanatorium for retired cadres in army

目的初步研究军队干休所离退休干部保健对象对体系医院现有医疗服务的满意程度并分析其影响因素。方法随机抽取某军队大型综合性保健医院体系内干休所200名离退休干部保健对象,并采用自行设计的《干部保健对象医疗服务满意度调查问卷》进行调查,对调查合格的182份问卷进行方差分析,分析各组人群间的满意度差异,多元Logistic回归分析探讨满意度影响因素。结果 干部保健对象对现有医疗服务总体比较满意,丧偶者满意程度偏低。出院随访因子满意程度最低,后续医疗、入院等待和伙食服务3项指标满意程度最低,满意度主要影响因素为出院随访和一般评价因子。结论需要针对性加强管理,优化服务流程,在更高的起点上进一步满足离退休老干部不断增长的多元化医疗需求,创造卓越的保健效益。

Objective To conduct a preliminary study on the satisfaction for medical services of the retired cadres in sanatorium of army for retired cadres,and analyze it＇s influencing factors.Methods 200 subjects of health care were taken out randomly and investigated with the self-designed questionnaires for the satisfaction.The differences of satisfaction between groups were analyzed by Variance Analysis,the influencing factors were explored by Multiple Logistic Regression Analysis.Results The cadre subjects of health care were satisfied with current health care generally,and the widowed showed relatively lower degree of satisfaction.The factors of follow-up after discharge achieved lowest satisfaction,and the three indexes,secondary medicine,waiting for admission,mess services achieved lowest satisfaction.The main factors affecting satisfaction were follow-up after discharge and general evaluation.Conclusions Strengthening aimed management further,optimizing service processes are needed to further satisfy further the growing diverse medical demands of retired cadres medical needs at a higher starting point,and create excellent benefit of health care.
