严重脑损伤后发作性自主神经功能紊乱伴肌张力增高 被引量：11

摘要 无论何种原因造成的严重脑损伤均可能出现一种以高热、血压升高、心动过速、呼吸急促、出汗过多、去皮层或去脑强直、躁动、瞳孔放大为临床特征的综合征，文献报道显示该综合征与患者住ICU时间延长、住院费用增加和更差的预后相关。由于该综合征文献报道较少，也没有统一的命名，因此许多临床医生对其认识不足，
