摘要
目的探讨血液病在脊柱外科的临床特点。方法对23例以腰背痛为首发症状血液病患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果 23例患者确诊骨髓瘤19例,占82.60%,浆细胞瘤1例,非霍奇金淋巴瘤1例,急性淋巴细胞白血病1例,骨髓坏死1例。门诊均误诊。结论脊柱外科收治血液病临床表现复杂多变,极易误诊。临床医生应提高对其认识,避免误诊。MRI检查是最佳的影像学检查方法。
Objective To summarize the clinical features of hematonosis in spinal surgery.Methods Twenty-three cases of patients who were confirmed hematonosis with the lumbago as the first symptom were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 23 cases of patients,19 cases were pathologically confirmed MM,the ration of patients were 82.60%.The plasmocytoma,non-Hodgkin lymphoma,acute lymphoblastic leukemia and bone marrow necrosis each has 1case.All the patients have misdiagnosed in outpatient service.Conclusion The clinical manifestation of hematonosis patients in spinal surgery is complex and easily misdiagnosed.Clinicians should raise their awareness of them to avoid mis-diagnosis.The MRI is the best image examination.
