吸烟对牙周炎病人血浆内皮素和一氧化氮水平的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:通过观察吸烟对牙周炎病人血浆内皮素及一氧化氮水平的影响,探讨牙周炎发病的可能相关因素。方法:选择滨州医学院附属医院口腔内科诊断为慢性牙周炎的病人60例,另选无牙周病或黏膜病的牙周健康者35例作为对照;每组又分为吸烟组和不吸烟组。各组在牙周基础治疗前、治疗后4周,分别测定血浆内皮素和一氧化氮水平以、牙周各临床指标。结果:慢性牙周炎组血浆ET、NO水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),经牙周基础治疗后ET、NO水平均有明显下降,与治疗前相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。牙周基础治疗前后牙周临床指标的变化表明:吸烟者治疗前后的变化显著小于不吸烟者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组、对照组吸烟者血浆ET和NO水平均显著高于不吸烟者(P<0.05)。结论:慢性牙周炎病人血浆内皮素和一氧化氮水平显著高于对照组,且吸烟者显著高于不吸烟者;吸烟可以显著影响牙周炎的治疗效果。 AIM:To investigate the effects of smoking on plasma endothelin ( ET) and nitric oxide ( NO) levels,and to explore the possible correlative factors of periodontitis. METHODS:Sixty chronic periodontitis patients and 35 periodontally healthy subjects were included in this study. Each group was further divided into smoking and non-smoking group. Periodontal parameters such as probing depth ( PD) ,attachment loss ( AL) and bleeding on probing ( BOP) were measured and plasma ET and NO levels were determined. Plasma ET and NO levels of periodontitis patients were examined before and 4 weeks after the initial therapy. RESULTS:Plasma ET and NO levels of periodontitis patients were significantly higher than those of the healthy subjects ( P 〈 0. 05). Furthermore,plasma ET and NO levels in smoking group were significantly higher than those in non-smoking group ( P 〈 0. 05). After initial therapy,plasma ET and NO levels were significantly decreased both in non-smoking and smoking group ( P 〈 0. 01). At 4 weeks after initial therapy,PD,AL and BOP showed a more significant decrease in non-smoking group than in smoking group ( P 〈 0. 05). CONCLUSION:Smoking can significantly affect the plasma ET and NO levels,and it may be an important risk factor of chronic periodontitis.
