人乳牙牙髓干细胞的最新研究进展

摘要 成体干细胞的研究因不涉及伦理和法律问题而逐渐成为当前干细胞研究的主流方向,而乳牙牙髓干细胞因其较强的增殖能力、多向分化潜能尤其是诱导成骨能力而成为组织工程领域的新秀。该文从与其相关的鉴定研究、功能研究和免疫调节等方面就乳牙牙髓干细胞的相关研究进展做一综述。 The research on the adult stem cells ( ASCs) has been the leading direction because no ethical nor legal problems are involved. Stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth ( SHED) has been shown to be more promising in the tissue engineering area due to the higher proliferative capability,the potential of multilineage differentiation as well as the capability of osteogenic induction. So this review will include the relative studies about its identifi-cation,function,as well as its immunomodulation.
