Treatment of tibial Pilon fracture with fixation according to different columns

摘要 Pilon骨折是指累及负重关节面和干骺端的胫骨远端骨折,其特征为踝关节上干骺端具有典型的压缩、粉碎以及高度的不稳定。关节软骨的原发性损伤致永久性关节不平整,导致不良的预后,临床上处理比较棘手,且并发症及致残率高,是极具挑战性的骨折难题之一。
