终末期肾脏疾病患者认知功能障碍研究进展
摘要
随着现代医学的生物-心理社会模式逐渐被人们接受，改善维持性血液透析（MHD）患者的生活质量成为评价终末期肾脏疾病（ESRD）治疗效果的重要指标之一。认知功能障碍是ESRD患者普遍存在的心理疾患，伴随这一特殊人群年龄、糖尿病和血管疾病发病率的增长，MHD患者认知功能障碍已成为日益重要的公共卫生问题。本文就此类患者认知功能障碍的相关研究做一综述。
