酷似急性心肌梗死的心尖球囊综合征二例 被引量：1

摘要 例1 女,62岁,既往体健.因与他人发生激烈争吵并出现心前区剧烈闷痛2 h急诊入院,心电图示V2-6导联ST段明显抬高,BP 92/60 mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa）,意识清楚,急查肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）46.4μg/L、肌酸激酶142μg/L、肌钙蛋白（TNI）4.21 μg/L,初步诊断考虑急性前壁心肌梗死（MI）.急诊冠状动脉（冠脉）造影结果显示：冠脉未见明显狭窄.
