Technical advancement of MRI in detecting bone marrow infiltration

摘要 MRI能敏感地反映骨髓结构和化学成分的变化,但存在灵敏性高、特异性差的问题,而MR功能成像在骨髓病变的定性及疗效判定等方面具有优势。现就不同MR技术的应用进行综述。 Bone marrow cellularity and chemical composition can be verified sensitively by using MRI,but specificity is lower.Functional MRI possesses superiority in qualitation and curative effect assessment of bone marrow disease.In this article,different technologies of MRI are reviewed.
