摘要 论述了生物材料(胶原与胺基葡聚糖及其他天然混合材料)为原料进行医用可吸收缝合线的制备.着重研究了凝固液和交联浴的组成,以及纺丝工艺参数对缝线强力的影响,在自制的湿法纺丝机上纺制的0/4~0/8的缝合线,其主要质量指标即打结强力达到和超过了美国药典第23版所规定的指标要求,并已批量生产. The manufacture of absorbable suture which is made by biomaterials (collagen , aminoployglucose and so on) has been investigated. The influences of the composition of coagulating and tanning bath as well as the spinning technological parameters on the suture strength have been studied in emphasis. The biomaterial sutures (4/0 - 8/0) which are spun by the spinning machine made by ourself possess high quality , the main use indexes of the suture such as the knot strength have reached even surpassed stipulated indexes the by America Pharmacopoeia (i.e. USP23) and sutures have been produced in batch.
