摘要
目前在我国重建农会有其现实需求性和可行性。筹建农会需要政府、专家学者和农民的各司其职和通力协作。
At present,it is necessary and practicable to reconstructing peasants＇ association in China at present.As to how to construct peasants＇ association,government,experts and peasants should assume their respective roles and work together to fulfill their responsibilities.
