摘要
我国目前存在的教育不公平现象主要有:教育起点中的义务教育阶段的择校问题,教育过程中地区之间、城乡之间的教育资源配置失衡问题,教育结果中的就业不公平问题。基于布尔迪厄的文化再生产理论视角,阐释我国存在的教育资源占有的不平等现象,以及伴随其出现的代际之间阶层"延续"和"再生产"等不良的社会后果。通过取消义务教育阶段的重点与非重点教育体制,均衡配置地区、城乡校际之间师资力量,合理分配高校分布格局等措施,进一步完善教育体制,从根本上实现社会阶层之间的良性循环和合理的社会流动。
The justice of education profoundly manifestes in the three aspects:in the primary,the process and the results of education.The inequalities in our present education find expression in the following ways:the question of school-choice in the beginning of compulsory education;the unbalance of educational resource allocation between urban and rural areas;the unfair employment problem in the results of education.Based on Bourdieu's theory of the cultural reproduction perspective,this passage illustrates the unbalance of educational resource allocation with the harmful social consequences of "continuity" and "reproduction"of social strata between generations.Finally,what we need to do is to improve the education system for the virtuous circulation of social strata and reasonable social movement,by canceling the key school in the compulsory education,keeping the balance of education resource between schools in urban and rural areas,making the reasonable distribution of colleges and universities come true.
