邯钢矿业分公司化验室通过实验,研究出优化酸碱滴定法测石灰活性度最佳条件和最合理方法。采用优化酸碱滴定测定法表明,将指示剂浓度增加10倍,可使终点颜色变化敏锐,解决了观察难的问题,提高了分析结果的准确性,有利于石灰质量的控制和提高。

The laboratory of Hansteel Mining Subsidiary has worked out the best conditions and most reasonable method for measuring lime reactivity with optimized acid-base nitration method through laboratory experiment.The adoption of the optimized acid-base nitration measuring method shows that 10 times increase of the indicator concentration can make the final color change sensible,this has solved the issue of difficult observation and raised the accuracy of analyzed result and is favorable to control and improve the lime quality.
