摘要
目的:建立一种新型胶体金免疫层析试纸条,用于同时检测优生4项IgM抗体。方法:选择与制备、检测胶体金免疫层析条有关的6个因素进行优化,根据优化结果,制备出同时检测优生4项IgM抗体的免疫层析试纸条。结果:同时检测层析条与酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测阴性和阳性血清标本结果对比,发现巨细胞病毒IgM抗体(CMV-IgM)、风疹病毒IgM抗体(RV-IgM)、弓形虫IgM抗体(TOX-IgM)、单纯疱疹病毒IgM抗体(HSV-II-IgM)的总符合率分别为97.9%、100%、100%、100%。结论:4项IgM抗体同时检测层析条具有特异、稳定、操作简便、结果显示直观的优点,有广泛的应用价值。
Objective:To develop a novel colloidal gold immunochromatographic strip for simultaneously detection of TORCH IgM antibodies.Methods:Six factors relevant to preparation and detection of a colloidal gold immunochromatographic strip were selected and optimization experiments were conducted.Then an immunochromatographic strip for simultaneously detection of TORCH IgM antibodies was developed under the optimized conditions.Results:The negative and positive serum samples were detected with immunochromatographic strips and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay simultaneously.The total coincidence rate of the two methods in CMV IgM was 97.9%,and those in RV IgM,Tox IgM,HSV-II IgM indicators were all 100%.Conclusion:The immunochromatographic strip for TORCH simultaneously detection has advantages of high specificity,stability,easy operation and direct-viewing results.So it should be widely used.
