精益思想在软件工程专业毕业设计中的应用

Application of Lean Programming in Graduation Project of Software Engineering Major

针对软件工程专业毕业设计中存在周期长、浪费严重的状况,在分析精益思想与软件开发相结合的基础上,提出将精益思想应用于软件工程专业毕业设计中的观点。结合实际教学案例,说明该方法使毕业设计质量得到较大提高。

In view of problems in software development of graduation project,such as long-cycle and waste,this article presented applying lean thinking in the graduation project of software engineering based on corresponding analysis.In actual didactical-cases,the quality of graduation was greatly improved.
