摘要
CaTi09Li01O3催化剂中添加CeO2、La2O3、Y2O3、NiO等金属氧化物可不同程度地改进催化剂性能,其中以NiO/CaTi09Li01O3催化剂性能最佳,乙烯收率在775℃比CaTi09Li01O3作催化剂提高122%,适当控制反应条件,可使775℃的乙烷转化率达552%,乙烯选择性为73%。NiO/CaTi09Li01O3催化剂的最佳NiO含量为30%,最佳焙烧温度为800℃,催化剂上乙烷氧化脱氢适宜的反应条件为,反应温度775~800℃,V(C2H6)/V(O2)=17~2,原料气空速为(2~3)×104h-1,原料气中惰性气体含量为20%~50%。
The performance of CaTi09Li01O3 catalyst can be improved further at 775 by addition of CeO2La2O3Y2O3NiO,respectively.Among these modified catalysts , NiO/ CaTi09Li01O3 catalyst has the best catalytic performances ,439% conversion of ethane ,735%selectivity to ethene and 322% yield of ethene. For NiO/ CaTi09Li01O3 catalyst ,the optimal calcination temperature is 800,and the best content of NiO is 30%(mass).In addition ,the results exhibit that the most suitable reaction conditions of ethane oxidative dehydrogenation to ethene over NiO/ CaTi09Li01O3 catalyst are 775800,172 molar ratio of C2H6 to O2, 2000030000h1space velocity and 20%50% inert gas in feed gases. 552% conversion of ethane and 73% selectivity to ethene can be obtained over NiO/ CaTi09Li01O3 catalyst under the conditions of 775.V(C2H6)/V(O2)=18,24000h1,40%He.
