摘要
合成了4种多取代的8-氨基喹啉偶氮类新试剂。研究了它们与钴(Ⅱ)的显色反应。在表面活性剂的存在下,试剂与钴(Ⅱ)均有较高的反应灵敏度。对5-[(2-羧基-4-硝基苯基)偶氮]-8-氨基喹啉(NCPAQ)与钴(Ⅱ)的显色反应进行了较为系统的研究,配合物的吸收峰位于660nm,摩尔吸光系数为1.15×105L·mol-1·cm-1,钴的量在0~15μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律。
Four 8 aminoquinoline 5 azo derivatives were
synthesized.Their colour reaction with cobalt(Ⅱ) was investigated.In the presence of cationic
surfactant CTMAB,NCPAQ reacts with cobalt(Ⅱ) to form a blue complex,exhibiting a maximum
absorbance at 660nm,The molar absorptivity is 1 15×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 ,Beer′s law
is obeyed over the range of 0~15μg/25mL.
