钼酸盐强化含氧化学品漂白 被引量:1

摘要 弱酸条件下钼酸盐可强化H2O2的脱木素性能。本研究表明,在pH值为5的条件下,氧与钼酸盐(如钼酸铵)结合能够降低氧脱木素硫酸盐针叶木浆的卡伯值,该效果与钼酸盐强化H2O2漂白的效果一样。在添加钼酸盐的臭氧漂白段,pH值为5的条件下的脱木素效果优于pH值为3的。对氧脱木素硫酸盐针叶木浆,采用OMPM(E+P)ZM漂白流程,白度至少能达到90%,而且漂后浆的强度和二氧化氯漂白浆相差不多。
