摘要
研究了一种热致变色玻璃材料及其实用性能。测试了材料在不同温度不同厚度下的光透过率变化情况,选定了最佳的材料配方,确定了材料在玻璃中的最佳填充厚度为5mm。将该配方材料填充于夹层厚度为5mm的玻璃中,制成热致变色玻璃考察其透光遮光性能。结果表明,该热致变色玻璃材料在23℃时开始变色,在29℃时完全遮光,且过程可逆。通过模拟装置发现该热致变色玻璃材料能使得箱内外温差最高达到14.2℃,同时该热致变色玻璃材料良好的耐光性、耐热性及耐循环使用性表明了该材料的实用性能,为研发新型节能玻璃材料提供了可能。
In this paper, a kind of thermochromic glass material and its practical performance was studied. The material's transmittance was tested at different thickness and at different temperature. we identified the best material and the best thickness at 5mm. Through transmittance measurement, the results is that: the thermochromic glass began to change color when at 23℃, at 29℃ became paper-white, and this process is reversible, through the simulator we found that the glass material can box the temperature between inside and outside up to 14. 2℃. The material also has good light resistance, heat resistance and cycling performance. It became possible for us to invent energy-saving glass.
