摘要
针对国内催化裂化(FCC)汽油加氢技术工程化应用情况,介绍了FCC汽油加氢技术工程化过程中遇到的问题,包括汽油辛烷值损失大、加氢重汽油硫醇含量超标、混合精制油博士试验通不过、加氢反应器顶部结焦、反应器压力降上升、操作周期缩短,分析了产生这些问题的原因,提出了应对措施。
Based upon the operation of FCC gasoline hydrotreating units in China,the problems encountered in the engineering of FCC gasoline hydrotreating process are described such as great loss of gasoline octane number,higher mercaptan in hydrtreated heavy gasoline,off-specification of mixed hydrotreated gasoline in doctor test,coke deposition on top of hydrotreating reactor,rising pressure drop of reactor and shorter operating cycle.The root causes of the problems are analyzed and countermeasures are recommended.
