摘要
讨论了21世纪炼油厂发展延迟焦化-石油焦气化制氢组合工艺(以下简称组合工艺)的必要性和可能性;介绍了华东理工大学开发的以多喷嘴对置式气化技术为主的湿法石油焦气化技术;提出开发组合工艺技术的目的是在我国炼油工业加工劣质原油前提下,优化制氢原料,实现"以焦代油"和解决高硫石油焦出路。
The necessity and possibility of developing a combination process of delayed coking-petroleum coke gasification for hydrogen generation for 21^(st)-century refineries are discussed.The wet petroleum coke gasification process using multiple nozzles developed by East China University of Science Technology is described. The development of this combination process is intended to optimize the feedstocks for hydrogen generation, replace oil with coke and find outlet for high-sulfur petroleum coke as increasing amount of heavy sulfur crudes are being processed in refineries in China.
