摘要
通过对中国石油克拉玛依石化分公司酸性水汽提脱硫装置结垢原因的分析,认为引起结垢的主要原因是进装置的酸性水乳化液Zeta电位绝对值过低,造成含油乳化液极易聚并,并以腐蚀产生的FeS和由焦化污水带入的焦粒为晶核聚并沉积,从而造成对换热器、塔盘和再沸器的堵塞。
The cause analysis of fouling in sour water stripping desulfurization unit of PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Company concluded that the fouling was mainly caused by the low absolute value of zeta potential of emulsified sour water.When zeta potential' s absolute value was too low,it would make it easier for the coalescence of emulsified liquid as well as for the coalescence of FeS from corrosion and coke particles from coker waste water,which would block heat exchanger tubes,tower tray and reboiler.
