摘要 大容量超超临界机组自启停控制技术是近年电厂热工自动控制技术研究热点之一。针对超超临界机组自启停控制过程的特点与难点,文章提出了百万千瓦级超超临界机组自启停控制系统完整体系结构和分层控制方式方案,开发了自启停控制系统与模拟量控制系统全程控制的接口技术;优化了给水、燃料、风烟、旁路、除氧器水位等全程控制策略,实现了从点火至满负荷过程中的燃料、给水、送引风等的全过程自动控制;还实现了对主汽温控制、锅炉干/湿态转换自动控制、热态清洗控制等特殊自动控制。该方案在华能海门电厂2×1 000 MW超超临界机组成功实施,首次在国内实现了此类机组的从锅炉点火到带满负荷的全过程自动控制,这对同类机组APS系统应用具有重要的参考价值。 The automatic power plant startup and shutdown control(APS) technology for large capacity ultra supercritical units is one of the focus in the research field of I C in electric power plants.Aiming at the key issues and features of the APS technology,this paper proposes a scheme of complete architecture structure and hierarchical control method of APS for 1 000 MW ultra supercritical units,develops a whole-process-control interface software between APS and modulation control system(MCS),optimizes the whole-process-control strategies of feed water system,fuel system,air-flue gas system,bypass system and deaerator water level system,and realizes the whole process control of fuel,feed water and induced draft fan as well as the special automatic control of main steam temperature,boiler dry-wet state transition and hot cleaning.The proposed scheme was successfully implemented on the 2×1 000 MW ultra supercritical unit in Haimen Power Station,and this is the first case in China to realize the whole-process automatic control from boiler ignition to full load on the kind of units,and thus has great value of reference to the APS application to the same kind of units.
