摘要 针对目前汽轮机流量特性存在的问题,基于对不同配汽方式及不同阀门重叠度对阀门流量特性的影响分析,提出了汽轮机阀门流量特性试验的具体步骤和方法,并优化了特性参数。结果显示,顺序阀方式负荷指令-流量特性线性度良好,阀门切换过程中负荷、压力过渡良好,没有出现明显的流量拐点。在数个电厂的应用结果表明,该方法能相当准确地拟合阀门流量特性试验获得的数据,具有实用性。 To solve the problems existing in the flow characteristics of turbine generator, and based on the analysis of steam distribution modes and influence of valve overlapping on the flow characteristics, this paper proposes a scheme of steps and methods for valve flow experiments of turbine generator, and optimizes the parameters. The results show that the linearity of load demand-flow function is good, the load and pressure are transiting smoothly through valve switchovering without obvious flow inflection points as well. The application of the scheme in several power plants shows that the proposed method can quite accurately fit the experiment data of valve flow characteristics, and thus it is feasible.
