摘要
利用Ansoft公司的HFSS软件对设计宽带Wilkinson功分器模型进行仿真,制作出了工作频带为0.8~2.5 GHz,尺寸为4.0 cm×3.0 cm×0.5 cm的宽带功分器并进行了测试,仿真结果和实物测试结果比较接近。该功分器在整个频带范围内具有良好的性能指标,传输损耗<0.8 dB,隔离度>20 dB,该功分器实现了宽带化以及小型化。由于其工作频率处于ISM频段内,因此可广泛应用于GPS、蓝牙等通讯系统中。
By using HFSS software of Ansoft,the designed broadband Wilkinson power divider was simulated,and the divider with the size of 4.0 cm×3.0 cm×0.5 cm was produced and tested,which worked within 0.8~2.5 GHz.The results of the simulation approximately coincide with the divider testing,the broadband divider bears a good performance over the whole frequency band with transmission loss less than 0.8 dB and isolation more than 20 dB.Wide band and miniaturization are realized in the design,and for the divider works within the ISM frequency band,it can be widely used in the communication system of GPS,bluetooth,etc.
