温阳补心胶囊治疗90例缓慢性心律失常心肾阳虚型患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical effects of Wenyang Buxin capsule （温阳补心胶囊） treatment on 90 patients with chronic arrhythmia and heart-kidney yang asthenia （心肾阳虚 ）

目的 观察温阳补心胶囊治疗缓慢性心律失常心肾阳虚型患者的临床疗效. 方法将90例缓慢性心律失常心肾阳虚型患者随机分为西药对照组、参松养心组和温阳补心组,每组30例;分别口服安慰剂淀粉胶囊、参松养心胶囊和自拟温阳补心胶囊,均每次4粒,每日3次,连服3个月.观察3个月后动态心电图、窦房结功能、心脏电生理等各项指标,同时对患者各种症状的改善情况进行评估.结果 温阳补心组患者治疗后心率由（41.83±2.03）次/min提高到（55.03±4.98）次/min（P〈0.05）,平均提高（13.20±2.95）次/min;治疗后改善心悸、头晕、胸闷、胸痛、失眠多梦、形寒肢冷的总有效率为96.7%;治疗后窦房结恢复时间（SNRT）、校正的窦房结恢复时间（CSNRT）均较治疗前明显缩短（均P〈0.01）;治疗后窦-房（P-A）间期、房-希氏束（A-H）间期、希氏束-室（H-V）间期、心房有效不应期（AERP）、房室结有效不应期（AVNERP）和心室有效不应期（VERP）等各项心脏电生理参数均较治疗前明显改善（均P〈0.01）;且温阳补心组治疗后各指标改善情况均较西药对照组和参松养心组为优（均P〈0.01）.结论 温阳补心胶囊在改善心肾阳虚型缓慢性心律失常患者各项心功能指标的同时,有效缓解和消除了临床症状.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Wenyang Buxin capsule （温阳补心胶囊） treatment on chronic arrhythmia patients with heart-kidney yang asthenia （心肾阳虚）. Methods Ninety patients with chronic arrhythmia and heart-kidney yang asthenia were randomly divided into control group, Shensong Yangxin （参松养心） group and Wenyang Buxin group with 30 cases in each group. The patients in different groups were given their corresponding capsules, respectively, taking 4 capsules once and 3 times daily for 3 months. After 3 months, the indexes of holter, sinoatrial node function and various inter-cardiac electrophysiological parameters were observed, and in the mean time, the improvement of various symptoms was evaluated. Results The heart rate （HR） in Wenyang Buxin group raised from （41.83±2.03） bpm to （55.03±4.98） bpm （P〈0. 05）, the mean of raising being （13.20±2.95） bpm. The total effective rate of improved symptoms including palpitation, dizziness, chest distress, chest pain, insomnia, dreaminess, chilly and so on was 96.7%in Wenyang Buxin group. In the Wenyang Buxin group, the post-treatment indexes of sinus node recovery time （SNRT） and its corrected recovery time （CSNRT） were shorter obviously than those before the treatment （both P〈0. 01）; the post-treatment of intercardiac electrophysiology parameters, such as sinoatrium （P-A） interval, atrium-His bundle （A-H） interval, His bundle-ventricle （H-V） interval, atrial effective refractory period （AERP）, atrioventricular nodal effective refractory period （AVNERP） and ventricular effective refractory period （VERP） were improved remarkably （all P〈0. 01）. All the indexes in Wenyang Buxin group were better than those in control group and Shensong Yangxin group （all P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Wenyang Buxin capsule can improve the various cardiac electrophysiological indexes of patients with chronic arrhythmia and heart-kidney yang asthenia, and simultaneously, it can effectively relieve and cancel the clinical symptoms as well.
