摘要 作者首次提出在十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)的醋酸-醋酸钠(pH=4)缓冲溶液中,利用厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的荧光光谱差异性特征,建立了胶束增稳荧光法,可在二者同时存在下,不增加分离手续,达到同时测定的目的.该法具有灵敏度高、检测限低、线性范围宽等特点.本文将此新方法应用于兔血中痕量厚朴酚及和厚朴酚含量的24h检测,绘制了药时曲线,结果令人满意. When sodium dodecyl sulfate was selected as micellar reagent, and 0.1 mol/L sodium acetate-acetic acid buffer (pH = 4) as acid condition, the fluorescence spectra of magnolol and honokiol are observably not only enchanced but also different. Based on the characteristics, a method for the simultaneous determination of magnolol and honokiol by micelle-stabilized fluorimetry was developed. The change of Magnolol and Honokiol concentration in rabbit plasma was continuously monitored with the method, and the drug-time curves were simultaneously constructed.The linear range (g/mL), detectionlimit (g/mL) and RSD(%) of magnolol and honokiol are: magnolol 2×10-7~6X10-6,2×10-9,2.8;honokiol:4×10-7~6×10-6, 2×10-8,10.8, respectively.
