摘要 用氯化血红素为原料合成氯化高铁血红素衍生物DFH(Chlorodeuteroferrihaem).系统考察了DFH催化鲁米诺与H_2O_2反应的发光性能,并和过氧化物酶的催化性能作了比较.所得结果为DFH代替过氧化物酶应用于化学发光免疫分析提供了直接依据. In this study, chorodeuterferrihaem(DFH) , yielded from chloroprotoferrihaem according to Jones P. method and recrystallized by hydrochloric acetone solution, was used as the catalyst for chemiluminescence in the Luminol-H2O2 system, The effect of the concentrations of Luminol, H2O2, DFH and the pH on the light intensity of chemiluminscence, was studied. Experimental results indicated the possibility for replacing microperoxidase by DFH in analytical application of chemiluminescence.
