摘要
使用薄层色谱可将商品木质素分散剂按分子量大小分离成数个清晰的组分,并证实了展开剂为正了醇:异丁醇:水=8:10:8.5时,70℃下活化的硅胶板分离效果最佳.该法不仅可用于实验室内分离木质素,还可作为工业生产的一种检测手段.
Lignin dispeisants for dyes were separated into several distinct fractions on different molecular weihgts by thin layer chromatography. It has been proved that the best result was obtained as silica gelGF254 plate was activated at 70℃ by using n-butanol/isopropanol/water (8/10/8. 5) as developingsolvents. This method can be used not only to separated lignin dispersants in laboratory, but also to detect them in industry as well.
