Determination of VB_1 by the Two-Point Potentiometric Titration

提出了用两点电位滴定法测定维生素B_1含量的新方法.本法只需在滴定终点前附近记录两次AgNO_3标准溶液体积和相应的电极电位值,利用两点法公式汁算滴定终点,从而确定维生素B_1含量.本法简便易行,数据处理简单,样品溶液不需过滤,特别适用于片剂中VB_1含量的测定.

A new method for determining vitamin B1 with the two-point potentiometric titration was established. This method only needs note down the indicating electrode potential two times nearby the end-point and the corresponding titrant volumes AgNO3 standard solution. The end-point can be calculated by the two-point formula. The method has been used for the determination of tablet VB1 .
