摘要
在氨水与F^-存在下,痕量Cu^(2+)对过氧化氢氧化乙基紫的褪色反应有抑制作用,由此建立了一种高灵敏度(间接摩尔吸光系数ε_(590)=1.5×10~6L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)分光光度测定痕量铜的方法。测量范围为0~2.0×10^(-2)mg/L Cu^(2+)。用于试样中铜的分析,结果令人满意。
Copper has suppressed effect on the discoloured reaction resulted from hydrogen peroxide oxidizing ethl1 viloet;thus a highly sensitive method for determining trace copper was developed with the sensitivity of and the range of determination of mg/L.The method has been applied to the determination of copper in water and human hair samples with satisfactory results.
