企业所有制结构和进出口贸易地区差异实证研究——基于国际贸易政治经济学视角

On the Structure of Corporate Ownership and the Regional Differences of Import and Export Trade——An Empirical Study Based on the Perspective of Political Economy of International Trade

进出口贸易地区差异已经构成我国地区经济发展不均衡的重要因素,国际贸易政治经济学强调利益集团对贸易政策和进出口的影响,为此提供了新的研究视角。在我国,国有企业特殊的所有制性质使其能扮演利益集团的角色。运用国有企业工业增加值占比度量企业所有制结构进行实证研究,普通最小二乘法和广义矩回归的研究结果均表明:国有企业占提高会同时减少进出口贸易量。由此表明地区间企业所有制结构的不同是造成进出口贸易地区差异的重要原因。

The regional differences of import and export trade have constituted the important factor of China＇s regional unbalanced economicdevelopment. The development of political economy of international trade, which emphasize the influence the in terest groups have on trade policies, import and export trade, provided a new per- spective for this study. In China, the state-owned enterprises can play the role of interest groups by their special corporate nature. In this paper we used the proportion of industrial added value of state-owned enterprises to measure the corporate ownership structure, and used ordinary least squares （OLS） method and generalized method of moments （GMM） to do empirical study. The results showed that the increasing of state-owned enterprises＇ proportion would reduce both import and export trade. Thus we can conclude that regional differences of the structure of corporate ownership are the main cause of regional differences in import and export trade.
