摘要
以广东省民营科技企业为研究对象,在综合考虑多种R&D产出的情况下,运用随机前沿分析方法(SFA)对广东省民营科技企业的R&D综合效率进行测度。结果表明:广东省民营科技企业R&D综合效率在珠江三角洲、粤东粤西两翼和粤北山区表现出一定的差异性,其中粤东粤西两翼地区的R&D综合效率显著高于珠三角地区与粤北山区,而珠三角地区与粤北山区的效率差异并不显著;影响广东省民营科技企业R&D综合效率的因素主要有区域间的市场结构、企业规模、资本结构及外资成分等,其中市场结构差异是造成R&D综合效率地区差异的最重要原因。
With Guangdong private scientific and technological enterprises (PSTE) as the objects of study, we adopt SFA to measure R&D comprehensive efficiency of PSTE by taking into consideration of multiple R&D output. We find that the R&D comprehensive efficiencies of these three top economic areas, including Pearl River Delta, Eastern and Western areas, Northern mountainous areas, are different from one region to another. The R&D comprehensive efficiency of Eastern and Western areas is significantly higher than the other two, whereas the difference between the Pearl River Delta and northern mountainous areas is insignificant. Market structure- firm scale, capital structure and component of overseas investment are the main impact factor that influences R&D comprehensive efficiency significantly, and the difference of market structure is the main cause of the difference in R&D comprehensive efficiency.
